Sorelle means sisters in Italian. Sorelle Deli is owned and operated by 2 sisters at heart Kylie Monaghan and Sarah Howlett.

Kylie’s background as a chef in 5 star London restaurants has provided her with the skills required to understand food and manage a team of people with finesse and style.

Working under Gordon Ramsay and alongside Jamie Oliver and Ben O’Donohue she has prepared meals for the likes of Princess Diana, Kylie Minogue and Sylvester Stallone.

Kylie has achieved medal success at several awards, Salon Cullinere and Apprentice of the Year.

Sarah’s extensive experience in leading Australian restaurants including Cable Beach Club Broome and Manly Pacific Parkroyal has seen her attend to a variety of celebrities including Elle McPherson, Sarah Ferguson the Duchess of York, Ronnie Corbet, and Elliott Gould amongst others. Sarah is recognised for her attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Kylie and Sarah have enjoyed working at leading Swan Valley properties including Sandalford and Houghton, where their combined passion for the Swan Valley grew.
